Fun, energy and a little craziness. Works well, too. Putting the train underwater is effective; it shows you´re having fun. The lampposts add to the idea of playing with nature. The rock group - and equipment - is using the sea bed as a stage. Totally surreal and probably makes most viewers smile. The swimmer looks just right in your new world. The dancing girl fits well too.
The delight of this is that you make something crazy look realistic. The balance is the key - a clever combination of wildly inconsistent elements. Just the right amount of each part. Incidentally, sounds travels very well underwater - if they don´t electrocute themselves, it´ll be a great concert. Just make sure they´re in fresh water, not salt water. (There´s no salt, no electrical conductor, in fresh water.)
